POLICIES

• When booking an appointment, a 100% deposit is required to reserve all online appointments

• 50% of your deposit is non-refundable

• DM @mimijmakeup on Instagram to book manually with a 50% deposit

• Appointments are not secured until a deposit is received

• Time slots may be released to another client if their deposit is submitted first

• Cancellations or adjustments must be made at least 24hrs in advance to receive a 50% refund

• A $20 add-on fee will apply to any service additions and/or location changes over 10miles, late changes require adjustments to scheduling & accommodations for other clients 

• Please be sure to be on time to your appointment

• There is a $20 late fee will be owed when arriving 10mins after your scheduled appointment time

• Price increases by $5 every 5mins

• Appointment maybe subject to cancellation 

• If your appointment is cancelled due to tardiness, you will lose your full deposit

• Your full deposit will be forfeited for no-call no-show 

Appointments that begin before 7am, will conclude in a $25 early bird fee

• For out-of-state bookings, the client is responsible for all travel costs. This includes flights & transportation, baggage fees, & lodging

• There is a $200 travel fee 

• On unworked days, a $300 day rate will be applied each non-worked day; Day rate is usually applied to travel days before and after the event, depending on the location and itinerary. It also covers the loss of availability for other bookings while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for your destination service

• For off-site travel appointments, there is a $50 minimum travel fee

• Price varies depending on exact location

• Check the chart below for a rough estimate of your pricing for your location

• Client is responsible for the artist(s) parking costs and fees

• Valet will be used for parking if your location offers the service
