In 2024, I achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the One Shot Hair and Makeup Awards for Editorial Makeup of the Year, competing against 50,000 talented contestants. This was my first time entering a competition my first year practicing editorial makeup, making the victory even more special. The journey was artistically challenging, but I persevered through the ups and downs. On the day of the awards, which happened to be my birthday, I attended alone, knowing only my hairstylist. My goal was to network and embrace the experience, and little did I know, it would lead to such an incredible achievement.
The previous year's experience fueled my passion and inspired me to push my boundaries further. I spent the next year refining my skills and explored all creative avenues.
In 2025, I was thrilled to be again, this time as one of the Top 5 editorial makeup for the One Shot Hair and Makeup Awards. This recognition reaffirmed my commitment to the craft and the growth. It’s incredible to see how far I've come and how the journey continues to inspire me.
