Cancellation Policy

SAME DAY CANCELLATION: Cancel at least 2 days in advance or will be charged 50% of the appointment total. LATE FEE $20 late fee after 15mins; Price increases $5/5mins SAME DAY BOOKING $15 fee applied when booking within 24hrs of desired appointment time. EARLY BIRD $20 fee applied for any appointments before 7am. TIME CHANGE $10 fee applied after changing appointment time more than twice
